As a Posture Align Wholesale Partner, you will have access to discounts off RRP, our rewards program, and a wealth of marketing assets to help you drive brand affiliation and sales via your physical shopfront(s), clinics(s), or studio(s). In exchange, we have a few Terms we need you to accept before we can review your application. Please note, that acceptance of these Terms is not approval of your application and each application is reviewed against our eligibility criteria.

  • This wholesale application is made on behalf of an active business where the Posture Align products obtained via this program will be sold directly to its customers, at your physical business premises or via face-to-face transactions.

  • No online sales are permitted. This includes e-commerce platforms of all types, including click and collect, marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Carousell, eBay, and Amazon, and sales through social platforms.

  • As an approved wholesaler you will have access to the Wholesale Marketing Assets Dropbox containing authorised images and content you can use to promote Posture Align to your customers. Posture Align retains all content rights over all other content and use without permission is an infringement of our rights and those of our ambassadors and photographers.

  • The Posture Align Wholesale Partnership Program is not designed to be a distribution agreement and does not permit distributor rights domestically or internationally.

  • Posture Align reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time, including removal from the program as deemed appropriate.

  • I have read and accept Posture Align’s General and Wholesale Terms on behalf of the business, acknowledging any representative of the business is bound by these Terms.
